-Lease Operators join our team under our USDOT authority, insurance, permits, safety, and other services that are needed to operate your truck. We focus on the office work so don’t have to.
-Contract Carriers join our team under your own USDOT authority and insurance.

Contract Carriers
When joining our team as a contract carrier we will need a contract carrier agreement completed as well as a copy of your Certificate Of Insurance certificate of insurance from your insurance agent listing 5 Points Transport, LLC. as additional insured with a schedule list of covered autos.
